Subscription Details
Our service is subscription-based, with billing occurring every 30 days. We strive to provide you with continuous care and convenience without interruption.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your subscription, you must do so at least 7 days before your next billing cycle. Cancellations can be processed in two ways:
- Directly through your account login: You can log in to your account on our website at any time to manage or cancel your subscription.

If your subscription is not cancelled at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew for another month. Your cancellation will take effect the following month after this cycle.
No Refunds
Due to the nature of the pharmaceutical medications we provide, all sales are final. Refunds cannot be issued once your order has been processed and shipped. However, if for any reason you are not approved for your medication after an order is placed, we will issue a full refund for that billing cycle.
Exception for Non-Approval
In cases where a prescription is not approved by a healthcare provider, a full refund will be provided. If you encounter this situation, please contact our customer support team for assistance with the refund process.
